Is there a way to become a member by donation rather than post counts?

Attempts to make 10 posts can be very different... Spamers and lamers are banned for a long time...
This is not the right place only to download something. For everything everybody must pay.... Nothing is for free... Money we are using here is called "helpfull post" ...
If You have nothing to say in car related specific sections of these forum, You can post something interesting for everyone here - http://www.carhelp.info/forums/23/ - but be sure not to post here in English, if You can't write in russian then upload some strange pictures for example!

First condition. You must be able to communicate in russian!!!!! Otherwise i have no idea how can You be useful if You cant understand what others are writing?????? 99% of forum members are russian speaking and most of them dont speak english. This is the small portion of forum that is for english speaking members. Other sections are for russian language only.

It will be violation of the rules!!!!! Reason is that most of people will not understand what You are talking about. If You have any questions feel free to ask me here.... if You need an explanation of atopic in russian part of forum - print link here and ask questions- i will try to help.

Like other people who don't speak Russian, i have the same problem.
This rule is not a wrong rule but it's not very easy for us, the foreigners.

Here in France on most of our forums, we have peoples from other countries who speak English Spanish or German and it's not a problem. Sure some of French people don't understand but other understand and and when it's usefull, they can translate.

I think it's nice because everyone can have reports and experiences from the world and the forums are more efficient.

Our team is working on improving forum rules. YOUR SUGGESTIONS ARE WELLCOME!!! THe main problem is THAT THIS FORUM IS STARTED AS RUSSIAN SPEAKING FORUM - i dont see anything wrong with that. Most of info is in russian and that is why there are communication problems. Imagine Yourself what would happen if everybody starts writing in his own language in one topic - it will be a BIG MESS!!!!
This is why there is an ENGLISH SECTION OF THIS FORUM so You can communicate with each other and share Your knoledge.
I am NOT RUSSIAN MYSELF AND ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE So i do understand Your statement. BUT FORUM is NOT MONEY MAKING MASHINE for forum owner- IT ACTUALY SUCKS MONEY OUT OF HIS POCKET!!!! I am talking about expences for traffic and so on.
That is WHY IT IS IMPORTANT to keep these that come in take what they want and never come back away. That is why THERE ARE RULES LIKE THAT.

Hello again Efka.

I said "This rule is not a wrong rule" in my last post, i agree with you when you says this forum and downloads is for active members.

In major case, someone who is active on a forum came for the first time because he had a problem and naturally, asked for something.
This person was not an active member the first time he came, he became active after. (in my case i've posted a file and a generous member gave me an answer and re posted my modified file but i can't download my modified file because of this rule)

I don't think it's a good idea if everybody starts writing in his own language in one topic, but i think it would be nice to be more flexible for testing.

Last, i idn't talk about money, i think money and forums are not compatible and i really know your position.

I'll try to make some interesting posts in this english section because i really need my own file but i'm sure the english section is note as interesting and read than other sections.

There is no problems with Your rights. Even I cant open that file - link is broken. It happens.... Sorry. Write an author of that post PM and ask him to email or reload it.
